Overview

Xpuntocero is a B2B IT company specializing in SaaS solutions for point-of-sale systems, catering to the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, Out-of-Home services, and Digital Marketing.

The Problem

The company faced the challenge of growing its customer base and recognized the need for a comprehensive rebranding and design update. This initiative aimed to enhance its visual identity, providing a fresh, modern appearance that would better resonate with target audiences and strengthen its market presence.

Hypothesis

The company's outdated online presence was limiting its ability to attract new customers..
It was assumed that a comprehensive restyling of the brand and its products would indirectly drive customer growth by improving its appeal and relevance in the market

Role & Responsibilities

  • Research:
    • Desk Research: Conducted a thorough review of existing literature and resources to gather insights on user expectations and industry standards.
    • Competitive Analysis: Analyzed competitors to identify strengths and weaknesses in their offerings, which informed our design decisions.
    • 5 User Interviews: Conducted five in-depth interviews with users to gather qualitative data on their experiences and preferences.
    • Affinity Diagram: Organized insights from interviews and research into an affinity diagram to identify patterns and themes.
    • Personas: Developed user personas based on research findings to represent different user types and their goals.
    • Tree Testing (Old Menu): Performed tree testing on the existing menu structure to evaluate its effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
    • 5 Usability Tests: Conducted five usability tests to observe user interactions and gather feedback on the current design.
